To meet with the increasing demand; accommodating the growth of our customers and our commitment to offer on-time delivery, Uni Precision has installed the 4th SMT line using Yamaha YG-100R which can do chip mounting speed up to 0.15sec/chip, 01005 package chip size and board dimension up to L510xW440 mm. With the higher chip mounting speed, the 4th SMT line can improve our output more than 30%.
Uni Precision also installs another JT automation electromagnetic pump wave-soldering machine which offers precisely wave-soldering, computerized spray-fluxing and 3 zones of preheat with independent control of the temperature and airflow to force cooling of the solder joints to improve reliability and reduce defects.
