Uni Precision has been dedicating to build up our core corporate culture in quality services and production. Our management has trust in training, learning and communicating with all of our team members to share the same goals, beliefs and values.

Uni Precision believes that quality must be built into the process and testing does not make quality. We have a strong design for manufacturing (DFM), project management and process validating team, tooling, testing and fixture engineers to ensure our priority lies in reducing the deviation, not only in improving the average.

Uni Precision is one of the pioneer factories in China being ISO 9001:2000 certified back in 1992 for our commitment in quality management. Uni Precision achieved a second ISO 14001:2004, a distinguished certification for our environment management and performance in 2004. In pursuit of expanding our scope of manufacturing services while continuing improvements in quality, Uni Precision is granted a third ISO 13485:2003 certification for the medical devices manufacturing in early 2007. In addition, our quality and production manager are being certified with IPC standard and trained for FEMA process.

Besides having well controlled processes and trained team members, Uni Precision also employs sophisticated equipments including automatic inspection machine (AOI), in-circuit testers (ICT), X-ray viewer and Rohs scanning machine, BGA inspection station, temperature chamber, spectrophotometer and other equipments to perform QC and QA checks.
