What value-added services and solutions do you offer, if any?
We offer a suite of support services in-house, such as prototyping design, finishing, coating, stencils, labels, packaging or engineering. This minimizes the time to manufacture your products and can improve product quality and lower costs as it keeps work in-house allowing more control over the schedule and reduces handling of the product. From working with many startups, we understand the more support and the earlier we are involved, the production time can significantly shortened.

What production quantities do you work with?
We are suited for all kinds of volumes with no minimum order quantity required. We can manufacturer a one-time prototype before you commit to a larger order. We will also go through Design for Manufacturing to make sure any changes to design are accommodated before high volume manufacturing.
Can you manage the compliance and regulatory aspects of our product?
The regulatory world of compliance is constantly shifting. Uni stays on top of these changes and work with long term legal partners to guarantee that your product will pass compliance standards.
Can you assemble or package my product?
Yes. As your main manufacturer, we can assemble and package your product for you.
Can you estimate shipping costs from your shop to my warehouse?
We can provide estimated shipping costs on the basis of Free on Board (FOB). This means that you will pay for shipping. (Dilys, can you provide more criteria on what customer should look at, weight, size…)
Does your team speak my language?
Majority of our team speak fluent English and Chinese as we understand communication is a key part of producing a great product.
What are your payment and warranty terms?

What security measures do you take to protect Intellectual Property (IP)?
Non-disclosure agreement are signed with customers as well as with our main supply chain on customized part. There is password protection and VPN for accessing customers’ product information. In our 30 plus years of doing business, we never had an IP breach.
