NPI
We realize the critical importance that New Product Introduction (NPI) plays in optimizing a new product’s time to market. When we help customers launch complex products, we can provide substantial engineering, technology and manufacturing expertise to achieve that customer’s vision. We have extensive experience with design, quickturn prototyping, product verification, volume production and logistics.
Engineering
Everything starts with a well thought through plan. At Uni Precision, we offer both electrical and mechanical engineering services to support the first steps that lead towards hardware success. Our in-house mechanical and electrical engineers work side-by-side and alongside our clients on their product(s) to ensure there is zero miscommunication and misunderstanding.
Prototyping
The manufacturability analysis helps our clients eliminate problems, like sink or internal undercuts, during prototyping, so modifications can be made early and often. We understand it is an iterative process that lets designers and engineers avoid development speed bumps, so our clients can get their product(s) to market as fast as possible. Your functional finished prototype, or "golden sample" is 99.9% close to your actual product before moving onto production.
Production & Distribution
Production:
Once the pre-production is ready, we start kickstart production with the golden sample, a finalized "sample" that will be used as a benchmark for all future production units, and move to low-volume or mass production.
Distribution:
Uni Precision works closely with our suppliers and customers to manage inventory, forecast needs, procure supplies and control production capacities. Our efficient vertical manufacturing operations allow us to quickly adapt to customer needs.
